VIRTUAL TOUR Any realtor can show photos of a home, but not every realtor offers a full virtual tour on over 900 websites! The virtual tour is a more interactive view of your home. It is a fully loaded slide show of professional images that play along with an audio narrative set to gentle background music. With so many homes being viewed online these days, the virtual tour gives the viewer more of a feeling of being inside the home.

REPORTS OF ONLINE HITS ON YOUR LISTING I will email you weekly reports on the hits on your listing online that offer a reporting feature, such as TerryWillis.net, Craigslist, Trulia, the Realtor's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and more. Find out how many people searched for homes similar to yours and on which websites; how many pulled up your home in search results and even how many looked at the details of your home! Also, some of the reports include homes listed near your home so that you can track other homes in your area for sale and see what they are selling for. SIGNAGE AND ARROWS The Prudential rock is a sign of trust and one of the most recognized company logos in the world. For your home I will include a sign rider featuring your home's individual property website address and texting information for the mobile phone web site for today's tech savvy buyers! Also I provide additional directional arrows to direct people to your property for sale. 
OPEN HOUSE MARKETING I create a database with a minimum of 200 potential buyers for your home by going through the Realtor's MLS website and searching for all people in the area who are currently selling a home within a move-up price range of your home. This database is used throughout the marketing of your home by mailing postcards and open house invitations. OPEN HOUSE INVITATIONS I personally send out "Open House" inviations to prospective buyers and clients to promote awareness of your property and to draw people in to the Open House where they can view the property in person. 
JUST LISTED POSTCARDS AND EMAILS A minimum of 100 Just-Listed postcards and 500 emails with gorgeous photography will be sent out featuring your home. Your neighbors can tell their friends and additionally spread the news about your listing via word-of-mouth. People do enjoy hand-picking their new neighbors! I also go through the MLS to find other Realtors who have clients searching for a property in your area similar to the house. you are selling and email them periodically throughout the listing so they can invite their buyers to view your home.

ADDITIONAL PRINT ADVERTISING The Open House for your home will be listed in the St. Louis Post Dispatch and will be featured in the "Original Homes Magazine", which is avaialbe free at most of the major grocery stores in our area for any prospective buyer to pick up! Another Publication that will feature your home is "Your Next Home Magazine", a monthly publication produced by the St. Louis Post Dispatch which is put out in high traffic areas such as grocery stores so that you get beautiful full-color advertising for your home throughout the month.
