     Please tell me what you are looking for in a home by completing the "Personal Home Tour" in the Properties section.  If you would like,  I will be happy to set up a search that emails you only homes that suit your general needs.  We can also schedule a counseling/"get to know each other" session in the office or over a cup of coffee or soda.  This approach may save you time and energy in the long run.  At this session you do most of the talking while I ask questions and listen.  I'll want to find out all about you, your family and your needs so that I can truly understand what you are looking for in a home.  I may bring up subjects you might never have taken the time to think about or consider in the purchase of your next home.  We can also discuss how these decisions will affect or influence the resale process of this home in the future.  We can also talk about the general process of how to buy a home and what to do first and what to avoid doing.
